The equipment's embedded clean workbench integrates the filtered air supply and operating area into the equipment structure, without occupying a separate external workstation. Aili Industrial configures the air supply module, filtration system, opening structure and control functions based on the equipment installation space, loading and unloading actions, movement strokes, control interfaces and maintenance methods, so that the clean operating area matches the equipment body.

The embedded clean workbench is installed inside the equipment or in the side structure, matching the equipment frame, sheet metal and openings. Installing the interface requires checking the available space inside the device, the fixing position, the size of the air supply module and the replacement path of the filter.
The embedded structure may affect the original layout of the equipment. The equipment frame, motion mechanism and cable direction should be confirmed during the design stage to avoid conflicts with equipment movements after installation. Clean workbench classification and structural form can be viewed Clean Workbench Learn about different models.
The embedded model can select the airflow direction according to the shape and movement of the workpiece in the equipment. The horizontal flow passes through the work area from the rear to the front, which is suitable for workpieces with a relatively open windward surface; the vertical flow supplies air downward from the top, which is suitable for table operations and situations where the height of the workpiece is low.
The selection of the airflow direction needs to be confirmed based on the equipment movement stroke, loading and unloading openings and operating position. The internal air flow path of the equipment can be referred to How to plan clean air supply for closed equipment cavities? learn.
The embedded structure of the equipment usually requires loading and unloading openings or workpiece passage openings. The position and size of the opening will affect the airflow boundary. An opening that is too large may cause clean air to leak out, and an opening that is too small may restrict the passage of workpieces.
The opening design should match the equipment movement stroke and workpiece size. If necessary, baffles or air curtains can be installed at the opening to reduce the entry of external pollution.
The air supply of the embedded workbench interacts with the internal air flow, exhaust air and opening boundaries of the equipment. The air supply volume, exhaust volume and opening area need to be checked together to avoid excessive positive pressure or negative pressure vacuuming inside the equipment.
If the equipment itself has process exhaust or heat sources, the exhaust demand should be considered together with the clean air supply to prevent the supply air and exhaust air from competing for air volume.
Match the fan, motor and air duct according to the air supply area, filter resistance and target wind speed, taking into account the effective working area and operation adjustment requirements.
Filter selection needs to jointly clarify efficiency, size, installation sealing and replacement methods. Related configurations can be found HEPA and ULPA filters , select matching products based on particle control requirements and system resistance.
After the air is initially filtered, it is sent to the filtration system by the fan, and then enters the operating area of the equipment through the final high-efficiency filter. The horizontal flow model supplies air from the rear to the front, while the vertical flow model supplies air downward from the top. The airflow passes through the operating area and is discharged along the designed path or returned to the internal circulation of the equipment.
Air enters → Primary filtration → Fan air supply → Terminal high-efficiency filtration → Air supply to the working area in the equipment → Air discharge or circulation
The equipment movement mechanism, workpiece, and loading and unloading actions may change the local air flow. The performance of the work area should be checked based on the actual movement status.

Clean benches are mainly used for product protection and do not provide the personnel and environmental protection that biological safety cabinets have. When infectious materials, toxic volatiles, or other hazardous materials are involved, equipment should be selected based on the risk.
The embedded workbench needs to be installed inside the equipment or in the side structure. Before installation, the equipment frame, movement mechanism, cable routing and available space should be confirmed. The location of the air supply modules, filters and fans needs to be determined during the design phase.
The position and size of the loading and unloading opening should match the movement stroke of the equipment and the size of the workpiece. Openings that are too large can affect airflow boundaries, and openings that are too small can restrict movement. If necessary, baffles or air curtains can be installed at the opening.
There may be airflow inside the equipment caused by process exhaust, heat sources or moving mechanisms. The air supply volume, exhaust volume and opening area should be checked together to avoid abnormal pressure inside the equipment or air flow short circuit.
The maintenance space of embedded structures may be limited by equipment. The filter replacement path, fan maintenance location and detection interface should be confirmed during the design stage. Insufficient maintenance channels will increase subsequent expenditures. This is reflected in what later expenses will be increased due to insufficient maintenance channels . There is a more detailed analysis of
Clean the working area, observation windows and opening structures in the equipment according to process requirements to avoid residues affecting subsequent operations.
Regularly check the condition of the air supply module, filter seals and opening dampers. Maintain the primary filter according to the usage environment, and determine the maintenance needs of the terminal filter based on pressure difference, operating wind speed, cleanliness testing and filter status. After replacement, the installation seal and related performance should be rechecked.
Aili Industrial has a manufacturing base of approximately 30,000 square meters, covering R&D and manufacturing links such as motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal, air filters, and complete machine assembly.
For equipment-embedded clean workbench projects, the air supply module size, installation interface, filter layout, fan working point and control function can be checked together with the equipment structure to support non-standard design and batch project matching.

The embedded workbench is installed inside or in the side structure of the equipment and does not occupy an external workstation alone. The air supply module and opening structure need to cooperate with the equipment frame.
It is necessary to check the internal space, frame structure, movement stroke and cable routing of the equipment. The interface location and maintenance path should be confirmed before installation, and installation conditions should be reserved during the equipment design stage if necessary.
Opening location and size affect airflow boundaries. An opening that is too large may cause clean air to leak out. This should be confirmed based on the movement stroke and workpiece size, and a baffle or air curtain should be added if necessary.
Independent control or linkage with equipment can be configured according to project requirements. The linkage logic and interface form are confirmed in the technical plan.
It should be combined with pressure difference, wind speed, cleanliness detection and filter status judgment. Recheck sealing and related performance after replacement.
Clarifying the equipment structure, installation space, movement stroke, loading and unloading openings, air flow direction and cleaning targets will help determine the embedded workstation configuration suitable for the equipment.
