When a process requires collaboration between people on both sides, or materials need to be fed in from one side and processed on the other side, the double-sided operating structure can provide a more direct approach to the work area. Aili industrial double-sided operation vertical flow clean workbench combines the filtered air supply at the top with the operating space on both sides, making it easy to arrange the loading, processing, inspection and sequence positions according to the actual process.

Both sides of the work area are accessible for personnel to facilitate collaborative assembly, flipping inspection or process handover of larger workpieces. The number of operators needs to be determined according to the width of the table, the area occupied by the workpiece and the range of movement of the personnel. The double-sided structure is not limited to two people.
The air is filtered and fed from the top down into the work area. When selecting, combine the filter coverage, workpiece height and equipment placement to reduce the obstruction of airflow in key operating areas by large objects.
The table material, effective depth and support form can be confirmed based on cleaning methods, workpiece weight and operating habits. For processes such as microscopic observation and precision measurement, the necessity of an independent table or vibration-absorbing structure can be evaluated and verified based on on-site usage conditions.
Filter specifications, fan adjustment methods, lighting, differential pressure monitoring and control interfaces can be confirmed based on project requirements. Related filtering configurations can be combined with Learn about HEPA and ULPA filters .
The double-sided workbench needs to consider the positions of personnel on both sides, the passage of material trucks, the surrounding air return and return vents, and the space for filter replacement. Proper site layout can help reduce the impact on the operating area caused by movement, door openings, and airflow from adjacent equipment.
The air enters the equipment → passes through the filtration system → the top supplies air to the work area → the airflow passes downward through the operating area → it is discharged or the return flow is organized according to the confirmation structure.
Both sides of a double-sided open structure may be affected by human movement and external airflow. Air supply adjustment, object placement and process arrangement should be considered together. After installation, the performance of the work area should be verified according to the agreed testing conditions.
The clean workbench is mainly used for clean control of products and operating areas, and does not provide biological safety protection or harmful gas treatment functions.

When hazardous dusts, volatile chemicals, or infectious materials are involved, the required protective equipment should be evaluated individually.
Make it clear whether both sides are jointly assembled, processed step by step, or material handed over. Draw the workpiece and personnel movement range to avoid mutual interference between operations on both sides.
In addition to the width of the table, you should also confirm the height of the workpiece, the turning space, the position of the fixture and the reach distance on both sides. Larger workpieces may affect the top air supply coverage and need to be evaluated based on the actual placement.
Check the locations of nearby doorways, air-conditioning air supply vents, air return vents, and frequently walked passages. Open work areas on both sides should not be directly impacted by significant lateral airflow.
Confirm whether the countertop is resistant to the cleaning agents planned to be used, how filters are replaced, how monitoring meters are read, and the acceptance methods agreed upon by both parties.
After starting up, confirm the status of air supply, lighting and equipment according to the operating procedures, and then clean the work area and prepare for work. Necessary airflow space should be reserved for material placement to avoid stacking items too high under the top filter air outlet surface. People on both sides should coordinate their actions to reduce interference such as reaching out quickly and moving large items at the same time.
Regularly check the status of countertops, side panels, fans and filters. Filter replacement should be judged based on pressure difference changes, air volume and test results; after replacement, review the performance of the work area as required.
Aili Industrial can carry out configuration matching around the fan, filtration, control, sheet metal and complete machine assembly of the clean workbench, combined with on-site confirmation of the double-sided operating space and air flow plan.

no. Double-sided describes how accessible both sides of the workspace are, and double-sided describes the number of users. The actual number of people depends on the workpiece, work area size and station arrangement.
Double-sided open worktops do not themselves constitute a pressure differential isolation boundary between rooms. Cross-room transmission should be designed separately based on wall, sealing, pressure difference and process requirements.
Personnel movements, material volumes, and external cross-air flows can all affect the work area. Actual usage conditions should be confirmed through reasonable layout, operating procedures and agreed testing.
The requirements can be put forward based on the workpiece size, load-bearing capacity, operating height and installation space. The specific structure and configuration will be confirmed by the technical plan.
It should be evaluated according to actual process and management requirements. UV lamps cannot replace filtered air supply, cleaning and necessary testing; if optional, the usage procedures and protective measures should be confirmed at the same time.
