Multi-person workstations require joint planning of the location of people, workpieces, tools and materials. According to the needs of independent operation, joint operation or process connection, Aili Industrial designs the single-side operating position and top air supply coverage to match the size of the work area with the actual operation process.

Standard selection and non-standard design |
Plan the effective space of each workstation according to the width of the workpiece, the distance between personnel and the number of tools. For continuous processes, clarify the locations where materials enter, temporarily store, hand over and leave to reduce cross-station operations.
When it is necessary to jointly operate the same workpiece, personnel and tools can be arranged around the center of the workpiece, taking into account the range of hand movement, operating posture, and airflow obstruction.
Combining the length of the work area with the number, arrangement and air duct structure of the filters, check the wind speed and air flow performance of different work stations.
After the air supply area is expanded, the fan working point, filter resistance and internal air flow distribution need to be checked simultaneously to ensure that the air supply in the middle, both ends and the junction of workstations matches the project requirements.
Configure the table, supports and fixed positions according to the total load and local concentrated load. When placing heavier fixtures or instruments, check the load distribution and vibration requirements of the operating area.
The stainless steel countertop is convenient for daily wiping and surface inspection, and the threading holes, tooling fixing positions and accessory interfaces can be configured according to the process.
Together, confirm terminal filter efficiency, effective dimensions, installation seals, and replacement paths. Related products can be viewed HEPA and ULPA filters are selected according to the cleanliness target and system resistance.
Evaluate unified controls or zoned controls based on how workstations are used. Zoned speed regulation and shutdown require corresponding air supply structure support, and the impact of airflow in adjacent areas must be checked.
For workstations used at different times, the operating zones, fan configurations and control logic can be clarified during the structural design stage to avoid a mismatch between the control method and the actual air flow organization.
The fan sends the air into the filtration system. After passing through the high-efficiency filter at the end, the clean air is sent downward from above the work area, and then leaves the operating area along the designed path.
Air enters → primary filter → fan supply → terminal filter → multi-station vertical air supply → air discharge
When multiple people operate, human movements, tools and larger workpieces may change the local airflow. The performance of the work area should be checked based on the actual placement and working status.

Clean benches are mainly used for product protection and do not provide the personnel and environmental protection that biological safety cabinets have. When infectious or hazardous materials are involved, equipment should be selected based on the operational risks.
Confirm whether each work station operates independently, whether tools are shared, and whether semi-finished products need to be transferred. Determine the number of workstations according to the process layout, and reserve space for tools, materials and personnel.
When widening the work area, the air flow performance in the middle, both ends and the junction of the work stations should be checked, and the actual effect should be confirmed based on the filter layout, air ducts and workpiece shielding.
For longer equipment, it is necessary to check the entrance door, turning channel, transportation method and on-site assembly requirements, and reserve the maintenance positions for each set of filters and fans.
When using partitioned operation, it is necessary to agree on the inspection requirements under actual operating conditions such as turning on some areas and shutting down adjacent areas, and jointly confirm the inspection range and acceptance conditions.
Keep the air inlet, air supply and air discharge positions clear to prevent tools or materials from blocking the relevant positions for a long time. Maintain countertops, work areas and primary filters according to cleaning requirements.
Determine maintenance needs based on pressure difference, wind speed, cleanliness detection and filter status. After replacing the end filter, the sealing and related performance should be rechecked.
Aili Industrial has a manufacturing base of 30,000 square meters, covering R&D and manufacturing links such as motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal, air filters and complete machine assembly.
For multi-person workbench projects, the air supply area, filter resistance, long table support, workstation interface and control functions can be matched together to support non-standard design and batch project configuration management.

Multi-person workbench mainly describes a work area shared by multiple people, and row type mainly describes the combination of multiple adjacent workstations or equipment. When selecting, you need to check the specific structure, control method and air flow relationship between work stations.
The number of fans is determined by the air supply area, filter resistance, air duct and control requirements, and cannot be judged solely by the number of operators.
Corresponding zoning air supply and control structure support is required, and the impact of different operating conditions on adjacent areas is examined.
It is necessary to check the table load based on the weight, support position and concentrated load, and also consider the instrument heating, air flow obstruction and vibration requirements.
Customization can be carried out according to the number of workstations, workpiece size and process requirements, and the filter coverage, table support, transportation and installation conditions can be jointly checked.
Clarifying the number of work stations, workpiece size, operating procedures, cleanliness targets and on-site space will help form a product solution suitable for continuous operations.
