Aili industrial partitionless ULPA ultra-high efficiency filter consists of a dense pleated filter element, frame, filter element packaging and installation sealing components. It is used in clean air supply locations with high requirements for particle control.
The product arranges the filtration area by folding the filter material and uses the separation structure to maintain the air channel. The filtration level, overall dimensions, thickness and sealing method can be confirmed according to the equipment requirements to match the installation conditions of FFU, EFU and other clean equipment.

The filter material is folded and arranged inside the frame to form a filtering area within the specified dimensions. The depth of the filter element, pleat pitch and filter material configuration jointly affect the air volume and resistance, and can be selected based on the equipment space.
U15, U16 or U17 configuration can be confirmed according to project requirements. The specific grade must correspond to the test results of the selected model. The test basis, test air volume and acceptance conditions must be clearly stated when purchasing.
The product size can be confirmed according to the equipment drawings, and the support position, fixation method and sealing contact surface can be checked at the same time to reduce the problem of mismatch between the filter and the equipment interface after arrival.
It can be used to match new equipment such as FFU and EFU, or replacement parts can be selected based on the original filter nameplate, size and installation structure. When replacing, check the air volume and resistance requirements simultaneously.

Replacement parts need to check size, air volume, resistance and sealing interface. The same external dimensions do not mean that the operating performance and installation conditions are exactly the same.
Before purchasing, clarify the filtration level, test air volume, efficiency and scanning leak detection requirements, and agree on the corresponding testing data.
Check the product model, serial number, airflow direction and packaging status upon delivery. After arrival, check the frame, filter material, seals and interfaces. If any damage is found, confirm the treatment method before installation.
After the installation is completed, check the sealing, air volume, wind speed and cleaning performance according to the project requirements, and save the product and acceptance data to facilitate subsequent maintenance.
