A multi-person horizontal flow clean workbench is arranged with multiple operating positions on the front side of the equipment, and clean air from the rear passes forward through each work station. Aili Industrial plans personnel, workpieces, tools and material areas according to the needs of independent operations, joint operations or continuous processes, so that the workstation layout matches the horizontal air flow direction.

Size, structure and function customization |
Determine the effective width of each workstation based on the number of personnel, workpiece size and tool occupancy range, and arrange a shared tool area and material temporary storage area.
Continuous processes need to clearly define the handover location to reduce cross-station movements of personnel and mutual interference between tools. When multiple people operate the same workpiece together, the station position, fixture and workpiece movement path need to be checked.
According to the number, arrangement and air duct structure of the filters configured in the long work area, check the air supply performance at both ends, the middle and near the filter joints.
The actual air flow at each workstation is related to the filter layout, internal air ducts and workpiece shielding. It needs to be checked based on different positions and cannot be judged only by the total air volume.
Check the total table load, local concentrated load and support spacing together. For wider workpieces, the fixing and moving positions of the fixture and load changes during operation should be clarified.
The countertop material, surface treatment, fixed interfaces and support methods can be configured according to the process, taking into account load-bearing, cleaning and daily maintenance.
Check the effective filtration area, filter resistance, air duct loss and operating wind speed together, and then determine the number of fans and drive configuration.
Related filtering products can be viewed HEPA and ULPA filters , confirm efficiency, sealing and maintenance methods according to project requirements.
Evaluate unified operations or zoning controls based on how workstations are used. The zoning function requires corresponding air supply structure support, and the impact of different opening combinations on adjacent workstations should be checked.
The specific plan should be confirmed together to match the control method with the air flow organization, detection conditions and actual use process.
After the air passes through the primary filter, it is sent into the filtration system by the fan, then passes through the terminal high-efficiency filter at the rear of the work area, passes through each operating position from back to front, and leaves from the front.
Air entering → Primary filter → Fan air supply → Wide rear filter → Multi-station horizontal air supply → Front discharge
Workpieces, instruments, and human movements can block horizontal airflow, and particles generated by operations can also affect downstream locations. Placement and handover should be planned according to the actual operation, and the airflow performance in key operating areas should be checked.

Clean handling of non-hazardous materials |
Clean benches are mainly used for product protection and do not provide the personnel and environmental protection that biological safety cabinets have. Horizontal airflow is discharged in the direction of the front operator. When infectious materials, toxic volatiles or other hazardous substances are involved, the appropriate equipment should be selected based on the risk.
First record the tools, workpieces and personnel operating range required for each process, and then determine the number and total length of workstations. Shared tools, material staging and handover areas should also be factored into the layout.
Large work equipment, monitors or instruments should not block the direct air supply to key operating positions. Operations that may generate particles, such as unpacking and friction, should be arranged in conjunction with the direction of air flow and the location of sensitive workpieces.
Longer equipment requires confirmation of packaging dimensions, handling door openings, turning channels and on-site installation conditions.
When using segmented delivery, the connection, sealing, positioning and on-site inspection requirements should be clarified in advance, and the smoothness and support status of the table after installation should be checked.
Agree on the detection range at each work station, near the filter joints and at the actual operating position.
When the partition is running, the expected opening combination should be checked, and the detection results when all areas are turned on cannot be used instead of other operating states.
Keep the air inlet and filter air outlet areas clear, and clean the countertop, side enclosures and workstation connection locations according to process requirements.
Schedule maintenance based on differential pressure, air velocity, cleanliness testing and filter status. After replacing the end filter, the installation seal and related performance should be rechecked.
Aili Industrial has a manufacturing base of 30,000 square meters, covering R&D and manufacturing links such as motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal, air filters and complete machine assembly.
For multi-person horizontal flow workbench projects, the filter layout, fan working point, long table support, process interface and operation control can be matched together to support non-standard design and batch project matching.

It needs to be designed based on the effective filtration area, system resistance, air duct and control requirements. The number of air supply systems cannot be determined solely based on the number of people.
It should be determined based on the effective air supply area, filter specifications and layout, and the actual air supply performance of each workstation should be checked.
Corresponding zoning structures and control schemes are required, and the impact of operating combinations on adjacent areas is checked.
Reasonably divide tools, materials and operating areas to reduce front and rear obstructions and cross-station movements, and check airflow based on actual workpiece layout.
Segmentation options can be evaluated based on structural and site conditions, while on-site connection, sealing, bracing and re-inspection requirements are clarified.
Clarifying the number of workstations, workpiece size, material flow direction, cleaning targets and site conditions will help form a product plan suitable for the actual process.
