The single-person horizontal flow clean workbench arranges the terminal filter at the rear of the work area, and the filtered air passes forward through the operating area. Aili Industrial configures the work area around the single-person operating range, workpiece placement and airflow coverage, so that the operating position matches the workpiece area that needs to be protected.

Clean air flows forward from the rear filter outlet. When selecting the working depth, you need to jointly check the location of the workpiece, filter coverage and tool placement to reduce the obstruction of the effective air supply area by items.
For multiple small workpieces, they can be arranged side by side according to the operating process to avoid overlapping and affecting the cleanliness and protection of downstream workpieces.
Configure the table height and work space according to the sitting or standing posture of the person, the size of the workpiece and the number of tools.
Frequently used tools should be placed in an area that is easily accessible and does not block key operating positions to reduce hand movement across the workpiece. The installation position of fixtures and instruments should also be determined in conjunction with the direction of air flow.
The work surface facilitates workpiece placement, daily cleaning and surface inspection. The side enclosures and operating openings together form a working area. The specific material, table load-bearing and structural dimensions can be confirmed according to the project.
When it is necessary to install tooling or supporting equipment, the fixed hole positions, threading positions and accessory interfaces can be communicated.
Match the fan, motor and air duct according to the rear air supply area, filter resistance and target wind speed, taking into account the effective working area and operation adjustment requirements.
Filter selection needs to jointly clarify efficiency, size, installation sealing and replacement methods. Related configurations can be found HEPA and ULPA filters , select supporting products based on particle control requirements and system resistance.
Fan start and stop, wind speed adjustment, lighting and status display can be configured as needed.
For electronic components that are sensitive to static electricity, grounding, anti-static surfaces, and static elimination configurations can be evaluated and matched with personnel protection and site conditions. For workstations that run for a long time, the actual power of the DC or EC drive solution can be further checked.
After the air is initially filtered, it is sent into the filtration system by the fan, and then passes through the terminal high-efficiency filter, and is sent forward from the rear of the work area, and leaves the work area after passing through the operating area that needs to be protected.
Air enters → primary filtration → fan supply → rear high-efficiency filtration → horizontally passes through the work area → discharged from the front
After the horizontal airflow passes through the workpiece, it may carry particles generated by the operation. Therefore, the front and rear positions of items should be reasonably arranged to avoid placing particle-sensitive workpieces downstream of particle-generating operations.

Clean benches are mainly used for product protection and do not provide the personnel and environmental protection that biological safety cabinets have. The horizontal airflow is discharged in the direction of the operator. When infectious materials, toxic volatiles or other hazardous substances are involved, the appropriate equipment should be selected based on the risk.
Larger tools, instruments or workpieces may affect downstream airflow when placed in front of the filter. Front and rear overlap should be reduced according to operational needs to maintain a direct clean air supply path for key operating locations.
After the work area is deepened, it is necessary to confirm the air flow and cleanliness performance of the operating area based on the filter air outlet surface, side structure, wind speed and actual workpiece position.
Particles can be generated from tool friction, packaging unpacking and workpiece handling. Steps should be arranged in conjunction with the direction of air flow to reduce the impact of these operations on sensitive downstream workpieces.
During installation, confirm the equipment's air inlet position, filter replacement path, fan maintenance position and front operating channel, and keep the space around the air inlet clear.
Clean the countertop, side enclosures and operating area according to process requirements to avoid residues affecting subsequent operations.
Maintain the primary filter according to the usage environment, and determine the maintenance needs of the terminal filter based on pressure difference, operating wind speed, cleanliness testing and filter status. After replacement, the installation seal and related performance should be rechecked.
Aili Industrial has a manufacturing base of 30,000 square meters, covering R&D and manufacturing links such as motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal, air filters and complete machine assembly.
For single-person horizontal flow workbench projects, the filter area, fan working point, effective working depth, table structure and control functions can be jointly checked to support product selection, non-standard design and batch project matching.

The selection should be combined with the workpiece structure, air flow shielding and operating direction. For horizontal flow, attention should be paid to the front-to-back arrangement of the workpiece and downstream effects; for vertical flow, attention should be paid to top obstruction and airflow around the workpiece.
Instrument size, load capacity, heat generation and airflow obstruction need to be checked. After placement, the actual airflow and cleanliness performance at key operating locations should be checked.
Grounding, anti-static flooring, and static elimination configurations can be evaluated based on component sensitivity, and inspection requirements can be clarified by project.
The design can be based on the workpiece, tools, personnel operating range and on-site space, while matching the filter size, fan configuration and maintenance structure.
It should be combined with pressure difference, wind speed, cleanliness detection and filter status judgment. Recheck sealing and related performance after replacement.
Clarifying the workpiece size, placement direction, cleaning goals and operating procedures will help determine the work area and air supply configuration suitable for actual use conditions.
