The mobile clean workbench combines filtered air supply and caster structure and can be moved between different workstations. According to the transportation path, parking method, table load and cleanliness requirements, Aili Industrial configures the caster form, support structure, filtration system and control function, so that the equipment can meet the operational needs in both moving and parked states.

The equipment is equipped with casters, making it easy to adjust the position of the workstation in the workshop or move between different areas. The form, quantity and load-bearing capacity of casters need to be confirmed based on the total weight of the equipment, handling frequency and ground conditions.
When moving, you need to check the door opening width, turning radius, ground slope and threshold height of the transportation path to avoid the equipment being blocked or tilted when passing through. Clean workbench classification and structural form can be viewed Clean Workbench Learn about different models.
After the equipment is moved to the target position, it needs to be stabilized by supporting feet or fixtures. Leveling in the parked state can reduce operating vibration and avoid affecting precise operation.
If the workstation position needs to be fixed for a long time, the combination of caster locking and auxiliary support can be evaluated to prevent the equipment from shifting during operation.
The mobile workbench can select the air flow direction according to the workpiece shape and operation method. The horizontal flow passes through the work area from the rear to the front, which is suitable for workpieces with a relatively open windward surface; the vertical flow supplies air downward from the top, which is suitable for table operations and situations where the height of the workpiece is low.
The selection of airflow direction needs to be confirmed based on workpiece occlusion, operating actions and background conditions. The structural differences between the two airflows can be referred to How to choose between horizontal flow and vertical flow clean workbench? learn.
The load capacity of the tabletop needs to be checked based on the weight of the workpiece, fixture and instrument. For heavier concentrated loads, the support position and local reinforcement method should be confirmed. The table height can be configured according to the standing or sitting posture of the person, reducing fatigue during long-term operation.
The countertop material, surface treatment and process interface can be configured according to the cleaning method and usage requirements. When it is necessary to install tooling or supporting equipment, the fixed hole positions, threading positions and accessory interfaces can be communicated.
Match the fan, motor and air duct according to the air supply area, filter resistance and target wind speed, taking into account the effective working area and operation adjustment requirements.
Filter selection needs to jointly clarify efficiency, size, installation sealing and replacement methods. Related configurations can be found HEPA and ULPA filters , select matching products based on particle control requirements and system resistance.
Mobile devices need to consider power access methods. When using the power cord, confirm the length, direction and fixation method of the cable to avoid tripping or pulling. Workstations that move frequently can evaluate other power supply options.
After the equipment is moved, the leveling status, caster locking, filter sealing and airflow performance should be re-confirmed. Do not assume that the results before the move still apply.
After the air is initially filtered, it is sent to the filtration system by the fan, and then enters the work area through the final high-efficiency filter. The horizontal flow model supplies air from the rear to the front, while the vertical flow model supplies air downward from the top. The airflow passes through the operating area and is discharged along the designed path.
Air enters→primary filter→fan supply→end high-efficiency filter→work area air supply→air discharge
The movement of personnel, placement of tools and workpieces after movement may change local airflow, and the performance of the work area should be rechecked based on the actual location.

Clean benches are mainly used for product protection and do not provide the personnel and environmental protection that biological safety cabinets have. When infectious materials, toxic volatiles, or other hazardous materials are involved, equipment should be selected based on the risk.
Door opening width, turning lanes, ground slope and threshold height should be checked before moving. When there are steps or slopes on the path, it is necessary to evaluate the method of passage to avoid tilting the equipment or damaging the casters.
The total weight of the equipment includes the box, fan, filter, table and accessories. There needs to be a margin for the caster load, and the ground load capacity should be confirmed for long-term parking locations.
After the equipment is moved to the target position, the supporting feet should be adjusted to stabilize the equipment and the casters should be locked. For frequently moved workstations, it is recommended to re-confirm the air flow and filter sealing status after each move.
Mobile equipment also requires space for rear air inlet, filter replacement and fan maintenance. The parking location should not be close to the wall or piled with debris. Insufficient maintenance channels will increase subsequent expenditures. This is reflected in what later expenses will be increased due to insufficient maintenance channels . There is a more detailed analysis of
Clean the countertop, side enclosures and operating area according to process requirements to avoid residues affecting subsequent operations.
Regularly check caster condition, locking function and support foot leveling. Maintain the primary filter according to the usage environment, and determine the maintenance needs of the terminal filter based on pressure difference, operating wind speed, cleanliness testing and filter status. After replacement, the installation seal and related performance should be rechecked.
Aili Industrial has a manufacturing base of approximately 30,000 square meters, covering R&D and manufacturing links such as motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal, air filters, and complete machine assembly.
For mobile workbench projects, the caster structure, support leveling, filter area, fan working point and control functions can be checked together to support product selection, non-standard design and batch project matching.

It is recommended to reconfirm leveling, caster locking, filter sealing and air flow status after moving. If moving over a long distance or over bumpy roads, check whether the filter has been displaced.
Locking casters or auxiliary supports can be configured according to parking stability requirements to prevent the equipment from shifting during operation.
The selection should be combined with the workpiece structure, air flow shielding and operating direction. For horizontal flow, attention should be paid to the front-to-back arrangement of the workpiece and downstream effects; for vertical flow, attention should be paid to top obstruction and airflow around the workpiece.
The length, direction and fixation of cables should be confirmed to avoid tripping or pulling. Workstations that move frequently can evaluate other power supply options.
It should be combined with pressure difference, wind speed, cleanliness detection and filter status judgment. Recheck sealing and related performance after replacement.
Clarifying the handling path, parking method, workpiece size, air flow direction and cleaning target will help determine the mobile workstation configuration suitable for actual use conditions.
