This question has two levels: which projects to do , and which projects to do on a unit-by-station basis, and which projects to do on a sample basis.。
The second level is often more critical. If the project requires unit-by-unit traceability, but the supplier only provides batch inspection reports, even if the data in the report itself is qualified, it cannot meet the acceptance requirements. On the other hand, if the procurement documents are not clearly written and the supplier conducts testing according to industry practices, the understanding between the two parties may be inconsistent.
ULPA's factory testing items and judgment standards come from two sources.
One is the standards adopted. Different standards may have different regulations on finished product efficiency, local leak detection, and testing methods. Whichever version is referenced in the contract, the test will be executed based on that version.
The second is contract and project requirements. The standards provide basic requirements, and projects can add testing items according to actual needs. For example, some processes are more sensitive to specific particle sizes, and additional efficiency testing can be agreed upon; certain installation conditions require high dimensional accuracy, and more stringent dimensional inspections can be agreed upon.
The combination of these two is the actual detection scope of this order. Just writing 'tested according to standards' may miss the unique requirements of the project; just writing the project requirements without citing standards will make the judgment basis incomplete.
Not all projects need to be done one by one, and not all projects can be sampled. The logic of division of labor is as follows:
What must be done one by one:
Local leak detection . Edge sealing, pinholes or local damage may only exist on a single product. Only by scanning each unit one by one and recording the results can we prove that each unit delivered is complete.
Product identity . The model and serial number of each product should correspond to the actual product. This one itself is a channel-by-channel record.
Usually sampled:
Dimensional and appearance inspection . For products from the same batch and the same mold, the dimensional consistency can be evaluated through sampling.
Material performance verification . The performance of the filter media itself is usually provided by the material supplier or confirmed at the batch level.
As agreed in the contract:
Finished product efficiency testing . Some projects require unit-by-unit testing, and some accept batch data. Specific implementation shall be in accordance with the contract.
The sampling proportion should match the purpose of the inspection. If the sampling ratio is too low, the coverage will be insufficient; if it is too high, the cost will be unreasonable. This balance point should be clearly stated in the contract and should not be written as 'sampling inspection' in a general way.
The conclusion of the factory inspection will eventually be included in the delivery documents.
The corresponding relationship must be clear: product model, serial number, test air volume, efficiency results, resistance data, leak detection conclusion, record number, these items must be able to correspond to the specific physical object.
The report format must be agreed in advance: will it be an independent report for each unit, or will it be a summary report for the entire batch? Is it paper or electronic? These should be confirmed at the inquiry stage to avoid discovering that the form of information does not meet the requirements only after delivery.
Exception handling must be recorded: unqualified items found during testing, handling methods and re-inspection results should be retained together. You cannot just provide the final qualified conclusion and ignore the anomalies in the process.
The principle of rush delivery: Even if the time is tight, the necessary inspections that have been agreed upon should still be carried out. If it really cannot be completed, you should communicate in advance and explain the solution instead of delivering the goods first and supplementing the information later. For the implementation requirements of specific testing items, please refer to the relevant instructions corresponding to the physical identification of the filter testing report.
A batch of ULPA arrives with only one sample leak detection report.
In this case, first confirm which items are covered by this report: is it filter material testing or finished product leak detection? Is it a full inspection or a random inspection? What is the sampling rate?
If the contract requires leak detection on a unit-by-unit basis, this report cannot be used as proof of compliance for all products. It is necessary to obtain unit-by-unit test records from the supplier, or make them up as agreed. involving HEPA/ULPA air filter products of different grades may have different testing requirements, and the verification shall be carried out according to the corresponding standards.
For matching FFU fan filter unit or For the filter element used in the fan filter unit at the EFU equipment end , the relationship between complete machine testing and filter element testing must also be clarified in the contract to avoid omissions.

Whether the inspection data can correspond to the specific physical objects is the most likely to get stuck during acceptance. With complete information and clear numbers, the acceptance process will be much smoother.
Aili Industrial's manufacturing system covers filters, motors, fans, control systems and complete machine assembly, and can provide ULPA ultra-high efficiency filter and supporting air supply equipment. Can provide product identification and testing data, filters and When the FFU fan filter unit and EFU are delivered together, the corresponding relationship between the whole machine test and the filter element test can be checked uniformly.
Clarify the standard version, test requirements, report form and numbering rules when enquiring, which will help correspond with subsequent installation and acceptance. Specific information shall be subject to the project agreement and contract documents.
