When materials enter the clean area, particles may be carried on the outer packaging, turnover boxes, transport trolleys and the surface of the goods. The cargo shower room uses centralized blowing and showering, and cooperates with material cleaning, packaging management and entrance operation procedures to help control particles brought in during the passage of materials.
Aili industrial cargo shower room is designed around the actual cargo and transportation space. When selecting, check the cargo height, loading width, cart turning space, door opening range and ground conditions at the same time to match the equipment with the on-site material flow method.
After the goods or carts enter the shower area, close the entrance door and the equipment starts the fan according to the set program. The air is filtered by a high-efficiency filter, and then blown to the surface of the cargo by the nozzle, driving some loosely attached particles to break away.
After the blowing is completed, the exit door is opened according to the set door control logic, and the goods enter the next operating area. The blowing effect is related to the shape of the goods, packaging material, loading density, nozzle arrangement and blowing time.
The cargo shower room is mainly used for surface particle control and cannot replace processes such as material cleaning, removal of outer packaging, or disinfection and sterilization. For different materials, the use process should be determined based on on-site management requirements.

Precision instrument assembly area |
Clean workshop turnover box channel |
Cart and tool transfer channel |
Clean storage material transfer area |
Different places have different requirements for material handling methods. Cargo showers should be planned in conjunction with zoning management, packaging handling and cleaning processes.
Selection items |
What needs to be confirmed |
|---|---|
Cargo size |
Confirm the width, height and length according to the actual loaded appearance, including protruding parts and packaging allowance. |
means of transport |
Make sure to use a hand truck, pallet truck or other means of transport, checking size, load and operating space. |
traffic demand |
Identify one-way or two-way traffic, frequency of use per day, and whether continuous transfers are required. |
Live space |
Check the installation location, door opening range, entry and exit channels and maintenance space. |
Packaging and loading |
Make it clear whether the outer packaging is retained, whether the goods are stacked, and whether there is any obvious obstruction on the shower surface. |
ground conditions |
Check floor elevation, flatness, drainage or cleaning requirements, and access conditions for wheeled tools. |
Gating and linkage |
Clarify the requirements for interlocking, sensor door opening, access control and conveyor equipment linkage. |
Electrical conditions |
Confirm the on-site power supply and control interface, and the specific configuration is subject to the technical plan. |
The traffic size should be determined based on 'cargo + transportation + operating margin' and cannot be selected based only on the width of the cargo itself.
Aili Industrial has a production base of approximately 30,000 square meters, and its manufacturing system covers motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal processing, air filters, complete machine assembly and product testing.
For cargo shower room projects, Aili Industrial can check the passage structure, fan configuration, filter specifications, nozzle layout and control logic in the same equipment plan, providing support for standard configurations, non-standard sizes and on-site interface matching.
For projects that require both personnel entrances and material entrances, the air shower, cargo shower and other clean equipment can be combined into a unified plan to clarify the respective passage routes for personnel and materials.
The cargo shower room is mainly designed for cargo, packaging, turnover boxes and transport carts, focusing on cargo size, transportation mode, loading shielding and ground traffic conditions. The personnel air shower room is mainly configured around the passage of personnel and the surface blowing of clean clothes. The space and nozzle layout of the two need to be confirmed separately.
It can be designed according to the cart's traffic requirements, but the cart width, loading height, wheel diameter, load and ground height difference need to be checked in advance. The passing dimensions of the equipment should be based on the actual loading status.
Automatic doors can be configured according to site requirements. When choosing a door type, you need to consider the cargo size, door installation space, sensing range and safety protection requirements at the same time.
meeting. When stacked too densely or with a complex shape, part of the surface may be obscured. The nozzle arrangement should be adjusted according to the loading method, and the appropriate blowing process should be determined through on-site verification.
cannot. Blowing mainly targets some loosely attached particles, and cannot provide a unified guarantee for the treatment of adherent dirt, oil stains and microorganisms. Materials that need to be cleaned or disinfected should use corresponding procedures.
The linkage scheme can be designed according to the project conditions. It is necessary to confirm the conveying height, cargo positioning, entry and exit rhythm, door action sequence and control interface in advance.
Cargo showers need to be designed in conjunction with cargo size, transportation means and clean entrance layout. Clarifying the clear width, clear height, loading status, ground conditions and door control requirements will help reduce structural adjustments and operational inconvenience after installation.
