The dynamic evaluation should cover representative production equipment, exhaust, personnel and air systems. The static evaluation should also clarify the status of the installed equipment. Loads that affect cleanliness cannot be temporarily shut down to obtain better readings.

Equipment status determines the applicable scope of the results

Fans, air conditioners, process exhausts and motion mechanisms can change pollution loads and airflows. Test records should indicate which ones were run, which ones were deactivated, and the corresponding settings to avoid later using limited condition results for all production.

Select a representative combination of operations

Record typical production cycles and possible most unfavorable reasonable states, and verify multiple working conditions if necessary. If auxiliary equipment causes lateral airflow or dust generation, it should also be included, rather than just recording the host switch.

Scene judgment

If the room meets the standard when the exhaust equipment is shut down, it does not mean that it also meets the requirements when the exhaust is fully turned on; the acceptance should correspond to the actual scope of use.
