The structure should be selected based on the on-site logistics direction. If it is inconvenient for the material to be diverted, you can first evaluate and adjust the door position, expand the inner cavity, or use other transfer methods.
Draw turning trajectory with maximum material
Provide the maximum shape of materials and pallets, and draw the overhead trajectories of entry, rotation and removal. Just confirming that materials can enter through the door opening is not enough to judge whether the entire transfer process is feasible.
Include protrusions in dimensions
Pallet handles, box corner guards, tooling fixtures and packaging extensions should be included in the check to avoid actual interference due to appropriate nominal dimensions.
Confirm occupancy after the door is opened
Check the relationship between door leaves, handles and hinges and the wall, operating table and adjacent equipment, while leaving space for people to stand and use hands to pick up objects.
Distinguish between material transfer and personnel access space
The fact that the material can rotate in the cavity does not mean that the operator can complete the action easily. Deeper cavities should also consider arm reach and heavy lifting postures.
Self-purification configuration requires rechecking the air path
