Cleaners containing solvents, surfactants or fragrances may be adsorbed by the new filter element after evaporation, occupying capacity or interfering with target gas detection; large amounts of spraying may allow liquid to enter the frame gaps or insulation layer, making it difficult to dry in the long term. A safer approach is to use a lint-free cloth or vacuum to remove the dry residue, dry the liquid thoroughly after cleaning, and confirm that the detergent ingredients will not interact with the filter material or sealing material. After cleaning, confirm the installation conditions

Completion of cleaning does not mean that the core can be installed immediately. You should check whether the sealing seat is flat, whether the frame is deformed, whether the drainage is smooth, and whether the box is dry before arranging the filter element in place. If there is still an odor or high humidity after cleaning, you should continue to investigate the source instead of relying on a new filter element to absorb it.
