The automatic roller conveyor air shower transfer window is a transfer equipment that combines automatic material transportation with air shower processing. The material enters the transfer chamber through the power roller. After meeting the positioning and door closing conditions, the blowing program is executed, and then it is transported to the other side according to the set process.
The equipment is suitable for materials whose bottom surface can pass through the roller stably and whose outer packaging can withstand airflow blowing. When selecting, you need to check the conveying stability, blowing applicability, gate control logic and production line interface at the same time.
Aili Industry can provide automatic roller conveyor air shower transfer window design and supporting support based on material size, weight, loading method and on-site rhythm. For projects that only require conveying function, please refer toRoller conveyor transfer window ; blowing shower station mainly based on manual loading, comparableAir shower transfer window。
Automatic conveying and blowing process connection
Incorporate feeding, positioning, closing, blowing and discharging into the same control process, clarify the allowable conditions for each step, and reduce repeated handling and manual door opening operations.
The drum parameters are determined around the material
According to the bottom surface of the material, minimum size, weight and center of gravity, confirm the drum diameter, spacing, width and driving mode to avoid selecting based on the largest box size only.
The nozzle and return air structure are jointly designed
Determine the nozzle coverage and return air path based on the material shape, pallet shielding and roller position. Blown particles need to be handled through reasonable air paths, and you cannot just focus on the air outlet.
Upstream and downstream signal matching
Signals such as allowed material feeding, allowed material discharging, occupation, operation, completion and failure can be defined according to the requirements of the production line, and the communication or wiring methods can be confirmed.
Abnormal working conditions are included in the plan in advance
For situations such as material jam, detection timeout, door not in place, fan abnormality and emergency stop, stop actions, prompts and recovery conditions are clearly defined to facilitate debugging and maintenance.

The specific size, speed, power, load and processing capacity are subject to the drawings and technical documents confirmed by both parties.
Confirm that the device is ready to receive
The control system checks the occupancy of the transfer chamber, door position and related operating status, and then provides feed allowed conditions to the upstream.
Open the door and receive materials
After confirming that the feed side door reaches the specified position, start conveying so that the material enters the transfer chamber. During the feeding process, it should be avoided that the upstream continues to push materials that exceed the allowable quantity of the equipment.
Material positioning and closing the door
After detecting that the material reaches the specified position and confirming that it has completely left the door movement area, it will stop conveying in sequence, close the door and confirm the interlocking status.
Execute purge program
Start blowing after the door body and operating conditions are met. Necessary nozzle and return air gaps should be reserved for material placement, and the running time should be carried out according to the confirmation procedure.
Open the door on the opposite side and transport the material out
After the release conditions are met and the downstream is allowed to receive, the discharge side door is opened and the material is transported. After confirming that the material has left, the equipment is programmed to prepare for the next delivery.
The actual sequence should be determined based on one-way or two-way transfer, door type and production line layout.
The processing capacity of automatic conveying air shower equipment needs to be evaluated based on the complete cycle.

Whether some actions can overlap needs to be confirmed by interlocking and equipment design. The hourly processing capacity cannot be calculated solely based on the drum speed, nor should the unverified blowing time be shortened arbitrarily to increase the cycle time.
First confirm that the material is suitable for conveying and blowing at the same time
Roller conveying requires stable support, and air shower requires the material to be able to withstand the air flow. The two conditions should be evaluated separately, and failure to meet either condition may require adjustments to the plan.
Provide typical material and packaging variation ranges
Explain the box bottom rib position, softness and hardness, dimensional changes, protruding parts and possible packaging deformation, and conduct physical transportation and blow-down tests if necessary.
Clarify normal delivery and exception recovery processes
It is not only necessary to define normal actions, but also to explain how to handle when the machine is stopped in the middle, the material is stopped in the door area, the downstream is rejected, or the sensor is abnormal.
Check conveyor structure with return air
Rollers, racks, pallets and materials may block return air. The air path and cleaning position should be confirmed during the design stage to avoid temporary adjustments after the equipment is assembled.
Confirm the specific meaning of the production line interface
For example, 'Allow feeding' should clearly indicate in what state it is valid, when it is revoked, and how to respond after timeout to avoid different interpretations of the same signal by upstream and downstream users.
Reserve space for maintenance and disassembly
In addition to filters and fans, the maintenance conditions of motors, transmissions, rollers, sensors and door mechanisms should also be considered.
When special dimensions, signal interfaces or transmission layouts are required, you canNon-standard customized delivery window for further confirmation. When using a vertical lift door, it can be combined withThe automatic lifting door transfer window checks the space above and the movement of the door body.
Aili Industrial has the manufacturing capabilities of motors, fans, control systems, sheet metal processing, air filters and complete machine assembly. It can check material transportation, shower air ducts, filtration configurations and door control procedures in the same project.
For automated production lines, Aili Industrial can cooperate to confirm the mechanical interface, operation logic and project test content based on the material scope, site layout and target rhythm. When you have clear requirements for the box material, you can refer toStainless steel transfer window determines the material range.
Can be evaluated based on existing equipment data. It is necessary to check the conveying elevation, material range, transition gap, control interface and fault response. You cannot judge based on the conveying width alone.
Depends on the material length, conveying distance, door movement, blowing time and upstream and downstream waiting conditions, it should be calculated according to the complete cycle and confirmed through debugging.
It needs to be designed according to the door body isolation and blowing shower process. It adopts the structure of feeding in and out materials in batches and cannot be used directly as a continuous open channel.
It can be determined according to the treatment method and control plan. Static blowing or appropriate movement requires evaluation of material stability, airflow coverage and door isolation conditions.
Relevant actions should be stopped through applicable detection and control logic and exceptions should be prompted. The specific stop scope, manual processing and recovery permissions need to be clarified in the plan.
cannot. Air purging is mainly used to treat some surface particles. Disinfection or sterilization requires independent processes and verification.
Can be selected according to needsThe roller conveys the transfer window , and separately confirms the gate control and other functions to avoid mismatch between configuration and process requirements.
Automatic conveying and air shower need to match the materials, door body, air path and production rhythm. Provide actual materials, upstream and downstream interface data and target processes to help determine appropriate structure and control solutions.
