When an FFU project is delivered, the supplier usually provides a batch of documents. Some projects have a lot of files, but key information is found to be missing during installation and acceptance. Some project documents are few, but each document can correspond to the actual equipment and support installation, acceptance and maintenance.
The value of the delivery documents does not lie in the quantity, but in whether they can correspond to the actual delivered FFU models, configurations and batches. The size, configuration, and performance data in the document should be consistent with the actual product. If the file does not match the actual product, or the file version is inconsistent, it will increase the difficulty of installation and acceptance.
Therefore, FFU delivery documents should be clearly listed in the technical agreement and checked item by item upon delivery. Aili Industrial has complete production capabilities in FFU complete machine manufacturing and delivery, and can provide delivery documents according to project requirements. For the basic structure of the FFU machine, please refer toAili Industrial FFU fan filter unit。
The confirmation drawing is the basic document for installation and layout. It should usually include the FFU overall dimensions, installation dimensions, ceiling opening dimensions, air inlet and outlet surface locations, wiring locations, controller locations, lifting points or support points. For custom FFU, the confirmation drawing should also include the dimensions and interfaces of the special structure.
The confirmation diagram should be consistent with the actual delivered FFU version. If design changes occur midway through the project, the confirmation drawing should be updated to the final version. The dimensions on the confirmation drawing should be clear to facilitate on-site verification.
If the project has multiple FFUs with different configurations, the confirmation drawing should be marked separately by model or configuration. If the project has knock-down or slim construction, the confirmation drawing should indicate maintenance directions and space requirements.
The configuration table describes the actual configuration of each FFU or batch of FFU. The content includes model, complete machine numbering rules, fan model, motor model, filter efficiency level and size, controller model, communication method, power supply voltage, and control method.
The configuration table should be associated with the complete machine number to facilitate traceability. If the item is delivered in batches, the configuration table should be divided by batch. If the project usesFFU/EFU group control touch screen controller orFFU computer group control system , the configuration table should also include communication address and partition information.
The test records reflect the performance status of the FFU when it leaves the factory. Common records include overall air volume, wind speed, static pressure, power, noise and filter leak detection. For filters, leak detection records should correspond to the filter batch or number. For the complete machine, the test record should correspond to the complete machine number.
Test records should include test conditions, test equipment, test date and judgment results. If the project requires a complete machine performance report, the equipment number in the report should be consistent with the actual delivered equipment.
If the project has special requirements, such as high-altitude performance modifications or chemical filtration packages, inspection records should reflect the actual configuration and test conditions.
Use maintenance data to support the daily operation and maintenance of FFU. The content includes installation instructions, debugging steps, operation manual, controller parameter settings, maintenance intervals, filter replacement methods, seal inspection methods, and troubleshooting guides.
For group control systems, communication address tables, partition setting instructions, parameter backup and recovery methods should also be provided. If the project uses a special structure, such as a detachable or ultra-thin FFU, the maintenance information should describe the maintenance space and operating precautions.
Maintenance materials should be used in a language and format that the project party can understand. For export projects, English or other language versions may be required.
The list of spare parts and wearing parts helps the project party prepare the parts required for maintenance in advance. Content includes filters, seals, fans, motors, controllers, cables and connectors. The list should identify the model, specifications and recommended replacement intervals.
The spare parts list should be consistent with the configuration table. If the project uses special specifications of filters or controllers, the list should clearly indicate this to facilitate subsequent procurement.
Deliverables should have version identification and date. If changes occur midway through the project, the document should be updated and the project party notified. After the file is updated, the old version should be invalidated or marked to avoid using the expired version on site.
For items delivered in batches, the documents for each batch of equipment should correspond to that batch of equipment. If subsequent batch configuration adjustments are made, the documentation should reflect the adjustments.
During the FFU procurement and delivery stage, it is recommended to confirm the following with the manufacturer: delivery document list and format; confirmation diagram version and update method; correlation between configuration table and complete machine number; content of inspection records; use of maintenance data language and format; spare parts list; document delivery time and method; method of checking the consistency of documents and physical objects.
If you are planning FFU project delivery management, you can visitAili Industrial FFU fan filter unit understands the complete machine configuration, and you can also contact Aili Industrial to obtain delivery document support.
FFU delivery documents should be consistent with the actual model and version, usually requiring confirmation drawings, configuration tables, inspection records, usage and maintenance information and spare parts lists. A large number of files does not mean completeness. The key is to be able to support installation, acceptance and subsequent maintenance. File version management and batch delivery consistency also need to be confirmed during the project phase.
