How to control dust during unpacking and weighing in a negative pressure weighing room?
Through top air supply, return air collection and air supply and exhaust balance, the airflow in the operating area passes through the dust location and enters the return air channel. The control effect is related to the unpacking action, material properties, container position and opening air flow, and should be verified under actual operating conditions.
How to choose between weighing room and clean workbench?
Ordinary clean workbench mainly provides clean air to the operating area. The weighing room is equipped with air return, enclosure and negative pressure control around weighing, packaging and sampling. When choosing, you must first clarify whether the materials raise dust, how to collect pollutants, and the protection requirements for personnel and the environment.
If the work area reaches ISO 5, does it mean that dust control is qualified?
The cleanliness level reflects the airborne particles in the specified state and measuring points. Dust control also depends on operating openings, personnel breathing areas, material handling actions, and air supply and exhaust conditions; acceptance methods should be formulated separately for the two types of objectives.
Can solvent vapors be handled with a HEPA filter?
HEPA is used for particle filtration. For operations containing solvent vapor or other gaseous pollutants, separate exhaust and treatment methods should be designed based on composition, concentration and risk. Particle filtration efficiency cannot be used as a substitute for gaseous pollution control capabilities.
Will airflow in the weighing chamber affect balance readings?
May affect, especially small range, high resolution weighing. The stability and repeatability of readings should be tested under normal operating conditions based on the assessment of the balance's wind shield, placement location, workbench stability, and equipment operating wind conditions.
Why should we distinguish between overall dimensions and effective operating dimensions when selecting sizes?
Top air units, rear ducts, and enclosures take up space. The effective operating size determines whether barrels, balances, tools and personnel can be reasonably arranged; the external size is related to transportation, room installation and maintenance, both of which need to be considered.
How to arrange cleaning of stainless steel box?
Cleaning methods should be suitable for contact materials, cabinet surfaces, soft curtains and seals. Corners, detachable return air panels and easily accessible cleaning surfaces can be considered during design. After cleaning, check for residues and resume operation according to on-site procedures.
What monitoring functions can be equipped with touch screens and PLCs?
Functions such as fan operating status, speed regulation, wind speed, filter pressure difference and abnormal alarm can be configured according to the project. Display content, sensor range, alarm conditions and interface range should be adapted to the selected equipment and operating procedures.
Do filters need to be replaced on a regular basis?
The judgment should be made based on the pressure difference trend, operating wind speed, material load, inspection results and on-site procedures. After replacement, the sealing and installation status must be checked, and retesting required by the project must be completed; high pollution load stations must be maintained accordingly.
I don’t have drawings, or I only want to purchase one weighing chamber. Can I consult?
Can. Standard products, single equipment, maintenance replacement and customized packages are all welcome to consult. Just tell Aili Industrial the purpose, materials and approximate space first; photos, current equipment or sample information are also helpful, and Aili Industrial can provide selection and design suggestions accordingly.
